Since my adolescence I’ve had a strong passion to heal and to help others find balance and heal emotionally. This purpose and journey has embarked me on a path to search for different ways to heal efficiently and with accessibility.

I became a mental health counselor in 2010. In my own continuous search for accessible, effective, and core strategies to wellness, I stumbled on an amazing technique that worked very fast and was simple to use. That technique is called EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) and it transformed the possibility of healing, balancing and coming to wholeness for myself and quickly to those I accompanied on this path to wellness.

With EFT and other energy psychology tools I have been able to help individuals remove stuck feelings, change limiting beliefs, eliminate food cravings, heal relationships, eliminate allergic reactions, and eliminate phobias and become a companion and support in their journey. Let’s face it we are all on this journey and what better way than to do this together!
